Shameless Self Promotion

You may remember my work BFF Lauren and I making our debut as cupcake models last year for the newly founded Foiled Cupcakes. Well, thanks to the wonderful world of social networking, we've kept in touch with Mari and the Foiled Cupcakes crew, and scored ourselves tickets to their recent 1 Year Anniversary Party at the Wit last month. Thanks to some wine and a HUGE roll of tinfoil, we had ourselves a cupcaking good time.

The huge roll of tinfoil mentioned above came in during the Foiled Cupcakes all-foil costume contest, which I'm sure nobody is shocked to hear I insisted on participating in. Lauren and I made up a fancy pleated skirt and teeny-tiny top, along with a snazzy cupcake topped headband and foil covered glasses - talk about style! Now, there's some intense voting going on over at the Foiled Cupcakes blog for the best costume, and I'm hoping you'll take a minute to go vote for me!
